A great place for Sagrada Familia but there are other better options nearby...
Pros: A recently refurbished, 1-bedroom, 3rd-floor property, very modern and bright. All the decoration, flooring, shower room, tiles, furniture, kitchen appliances and utensils all looked new. The location is also excellent - virtually next door to Sagrada Familia and within walking distance to shops, supermarkets (Condis - had the best prices for food and water) and restaurants. The shower also had great water pressure. The shower room has a fully opening sliding window. There are 3x locked doors all accessed using a numeric code. The apartment had a king-sized bed and plenty of fitted wardrobes. There was also a large 2-seater sofa bed that was comfortable. There are 2-small balconies. One medium TV (that was not on the Wifi).
Cons: Only 8/10 because: The street below is busy and noisy with buildings on both sides so sounds are amplified and can be bothersome, especially late at night when the sounds of cars, scooters, garbage lorries and late night revellers returning home kept us awake most nights. The hot water ran out once which was annoying and very frustrating even though there were only two of us and we both took quick-short showers. I did message the owners but received no response! The TV could not connect to the Wifi so no streaming options. The floors were dusty when we arrived and there was a pair of designer Jeans and a Boss T-Shirt left (from a previous guest) in the bedroom wardrobe - which meant the cleaners had not done a good job. There is also No door between the bedroom and the kitchen/lounge area just a partial wall. There is also no safe in the property to we carried our passports with us.

Everything was phenomenal.
Pros: Everything was perfect. The host was outstanding—friendly, communicative, and approachable, and he responded to messages very quickly. We had a small issue when entering the property, but the host responded immediately and we were able to get in right away. The apartment is excellent for a family: clean, tidy, spacious, and with a great layout. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The location is great, with the metro just a 3–4 minute walk away. The neighborhood is lively but very nice. The espresso was excellent :) In one word: perfect.

Pros: The apartment is in a perfect location—just a one-minute walk from the Sagrada Família and only two minutes from both the metro and bus stations. It’s an ideal base for exploring the city, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. The host was friendly and always available to help. The apartment itself is newly renovated, beautifully furnished, and well equipped. Highly recommended!

Pros: We were struggling to enter the apartment, despite of late arrival we received all required support quickly and managed to get into appartment. Location is amazing. Metro was right on corner ar well as drop in drop off bus stop. We had everything what was needed.
Cons: Air conditionnair was working strangely, but this was very minor thing. Overall very happy about the stay and service.

Very Nice！
Pros: The landlord is very nice, and the room is very clean. You can even see the Sagrada Familia from the window. The location is really great. The check-in process was also very smooth. This was a wonderful experience! 😊
