Housalia Sagrada Familia

Pros: Communication was always easy and smooth. During check-in, they gave a very detailed explanation about the accommodation. The heater, dehumidifier, and other necessary amenities were all well provided. I accidentally left some belongings behind, and even after checking out, they stayed in touch and made sure everything was taken care of until my item was delivered. The fact that communication remained prompt and helpful even after check-out was a big advantage, and I truly appreciate it.

Cons: I’m not sure whether it was a resident or a guest from another unit, but the neighbor was a bit noisy. However, the accommodation provides earplugs, which was helpful.

Pros: The location of property and cleanliness was very good. The delivery of keys and return was easy and smooth. Wi-Fi and other electricity were very comfy all the time.

Cons: There is no elevator, so it may be a little hard to carry the large suitcase up to the room for ladies.

Great place!

Pros: The location was super convenient, the people managing the property were very kind, each one was able to have their own room, and we had two bathrooms.

Cons: Having access to the terrace would have been nice.

Pros: The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage before and after our stay which made getting around the city easy. The apartment was great. Very clean and tidy. The location is perfect if you want to visit la Sagrada Familia (and this is a must see). Make sure you book in advance as it is very busy but well worth the ticket price to go inside. Top tip: get a T-Casual ticket on the Metro which allows 10 trips for around 11EUR.

Pros: Well suited for big family (3 kids) with plenty of space, kitchen equipment, TV, Wi-Fi etc. Amazing location and very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent séjour

Pros: Emplacement idéale très proche de la Sagrada Familia et de tout. L'appartement est très chaleureux et bien équipé.

Cons: La facade de l'immeuble est en travaux mais ce n'est pas dérangeant. Un peu de bruit dans l'immeuble mais c'est dû à des voisins un peu bruyants !

Pros: Super zentrale Lage. Meer und Zentrum in 30 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sagrada Família steht quasi direkt hinter dem Haus. Essen, Trinken und shoppen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unterkunft hatte Küche mit großen Kühlschrank und Herd zum selbst kochen.

Große Wohnung in toller Lage - Ausblick auf die Sagrada Familia!

Pros: Die Wohnung ist groß und man hat ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf die Sagrada Familia! Auch mit mehreren Personen hat man ausreichend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist zentral, in wenigen Minuten ist man bei der Straßenbahn, der Metro oder der Sagrada Familia und vielen Restaurants. Der Service des Vermieters ist ausgezeichnet, er antwortet schnell und ein defekter Duschschlauch wurde am nächsten Tag schon repariert.

Cons: In den zwei Bädern sind kleine Badewannen, die evtl. für den ein order anderen schwer zu erklettern sein können. Auch die Wände im Flur dürfen ausgebessert werden.
