Great place in a great city. Very enjoyable.
Pros: Great location, great size for 2 people. Host was very helpful. Everything you need, you just walk out the door. Literally. Bakery just 10mtrs! Supermarket just 30mtrs! All attractions easily accessed by foot or metro. Beach real close. You won’t be disappointed with this place or location. You are on the harbour side of the city - the best side to start your holiday from.

A perfect stay for two in amongst the local people of Barcelona
Pros: Very close to the beach and lovely bakeries, and restaurants nearby. Well appointed and felt safe. Walkable to the centre of Barcelona in 20 mins. Albiol was incredibly helpful and went out his way to help.
Cons: Nothing other than perhaps the window that is cracked could be replaced.

Pros: Bergith & Albiol are super nice and communication was great. The apartment is small, more of a studio, but beautifully renovated, very clean and practical. Everything you need for your stay. The location is great, close to all the good parts of town, and surprisingly quiet (Barcelona being a busy and noisy city this was unexpected).
Cons: No table or chair(s) on the balcony: what a pity!!! The mattress and pillows were very firm and hard. Uncomfortable to me: sleeping gave me a back and neck ache. I would suggest providing a softer topping. To my taste, deco could use some TLC, maybe a plaid and some colourful cushions on the sofa. The atmosphere was a bit 'cold'. Bathroom is tiny. No room to turn or put your stuff. The system of opening doors by code instead of key is a nuisance. I worried about getting locked out, and entering different long codes in the dark of night is not practical at all.

Apartment was where we wanted to be and had what you need if you like to be self sufficient
Pros: Good location- the apartment was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for a short stay
Cons: It was a little noisy which I guess can’t be helped but no good for a light sleeper.

Pros: The location is great nice bars and restaurants , bakery’s a supermarkets basically downstairs every thing you will need within a five minute walk from probably the nicest apartment and location I’ve stayed in definitely in Barcelona and in Spain overall 🥇🥇 Lizette was a great host of a lovely well equipped apartment both me and my girlfriend loved (stayed an extra night) we will certainly return again in the new year.
Cons: Very little to dislike great host great superb location it’s lovely ( hurry up and book it before someone else does)

Clean functional flat in a lively neighbourhood
Pros: Fantastic location very close to supermarkets and great restaurants. Albiol is very kind, helpful and friendly and provided good recommendations for the local restaurants. The flat has all the necessities for a 10day stay. Bathroom is small but functional and shower pressure and temperature is great. Several clean towels were provided for my stay (as it was a long stay). Bed and pillow is comfortable.
Cons: Minor issues like there is always some construction going on very early in the mornings which woke me up. Very noisy during the day. Not much space around sink area to put anything as it’s very small. Desk chair is uncomfortable to sit for long if you are remote working.

Pros: I stayed in this property for 4 nights with a friend. The location is perfect as you are about 6 minutes away from the beach, food and restuarants. The train station is also about a 7/8min walk down the road so it is very easy to get around. It is a very traditional Spanish style apartment which is nice to experience.
