Pros: The apartment was in a good central location. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. However, I have some complaints about the service. We had to go to the other side of the city, where the office is located, to pay the deposit and city tax. There was no flexibility or alternative options. The deposit was returned quickly.

Perfect for a short stay in Barcelona!
Pros: Brilliant location. Lovely furniture, everything worked well (TVs, kitchen equipment, Wifi, shower, hot water, air-con etc).
Cons: Little things missing, like no plug in kitchen sink, no washing up liquid or tea-towel, shower didn’t have wall thing to hold shampoo and shower gel, a usb socket somewhere to charge phones would be useful when the door-key is a phone-link.

Homely and comfortable stay location brilliant
Pros: Everything great, location, homely and clean comfortable apartment. Would highly recommend. Nice little touch of water and toiletry pack. 10 out of 10 so happy thank you to staff who contact and made me feel more at ease before I got there especially that I was never in barcelona before made it easy to find and kry system was easy to use with great instruction to find apartment thank you to the staff. Near metro buses supermarkets like Lidl and cafes etc location fantastic

Pros: I like that there weren’t physical keys, but the doors could be unlocked through an app. It was nice to find beauty kits in the bathroom.
Cons: Having a kitchen, I expected to find the basic seasoning like sugar, salt and oil.

Pros: Very clean apartment, smells nice inside. The location is amazing, everything is around, the metro, market, Lidl, pharmacy, local bars. In a walking distance to the city center, Plaza de Catalunya. In 10 mins walking to the bus stop where you can take the buses A1, A2 to the airport. The kitchen has everything needed. Highly recommended!

Pros: We have been one month there. Despite low rate on website I found it ok for long staying. There are a lot of shops around and gyms. Electronic key system I found more suitable than regular keys. Apartment was clean. There are washing machine and dryer, kitchen fully equipped. Two ACs work well.
Cons: - size of bathroom / for me was ok but! not for oversized / overweight people at all. Keeep it in mind when booking. - district / switch on our EU tolerance and enjoy

Pros: El apartamento muy cómodo, limpio, y con muy buenos servicios. Excelente ubicación, cerca a estación de metro y paradas de buses, así como a restaurantes y mercados. Igualmente suministran kit de aseo personal, y kit de aseo de cocina.
Cons: Los horarios de check in 04:00 pm y check out 12:00 pm, son pocos favorables, aún así me entregaron el apartamento a las 2:00 pm despues de hacerles reiteradas solicitudes de ingreso anticipado. Igualmente exigen el pago de un depósito previo al ingreso al apartamento, al finalizar el proceso de chek in en línea.
