Averall really nice apartment, good location, really all you need is in the apartment, AC everywhere

Pros: Location great, big apartment, i had 3 bedrooms apartment, clean, all we needed

Cons: Some issue with internet during the stay. It can be really slow even cut for a minute at night

Pros: The place was very clean and had a good heating system. This was particularly important because I stayed during the winter.

Cons: I had a problem getting into the building the first time. I was supposed to download an app, which I did, but I didn't know the logging information. After I called the office, I had to walk to that office to pick up a plastic key card. I hope you can make this process more user friendly. Thanks

Pros: Our stay as a family of 3 was pretty pleasant, this apartment is big enough, bright, everything was nice and comfortable, I really liked the kitchen it was spacious and big enough for preparing food during our stay, and all the facilities were great

Cons: There are no huge concerns about this apartment, the only things I would recommend to add to the house for better stay in future are; a full sized mirror at the entrance(there is even a perfect place for it), also at the entrance a coat rack (since we visited in mid November and had outerwear) and a shoe horn would be also perfect(I know loads of people bring there own but it wasn’t our case) In the shower a shelf would also be perfect

A well-connected place in a beautiful city

Pros: Well-located property, close to the metro. There's a bakery with a craft oven in the same building. Comfortable beds in the bedroom. Small but nice balcony.

Cons: At first, we had trouble finding the apartment because the door was unmarked and it was impossible to determine the apartment number, but the property manager's office helped us by phone. Another drawback for us is the lack of a window in the dining room and the smaller bedroom.

It truly felt like home.

Pros: The location was great. The apartment was a good size clean and nicely decorated. It was great to have the start-up mini-kits with cleaning and cooking products and lots of towels. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the basics. Very comfortable beds.

Cons: No major complaints. It required some small maintenance like the towel rack and towel hook that kept falling off and a small leak from the shower door not closing properly. The only issue was the very confusing check in which involved instruction messages through e-mail, WhatsApp and the company's app and another app to enable the virtual key. However, the customer support was helpful and always available.

Pros: Location was perfect, you can walk to the main attractions and it’s close to the metro if you need. Also, it has two small balconies that you can experience the city life. The apartment is even better than the pictures, stylish, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved this apartment.

Comfy apartment with good location

Pros: It is in a very food location. Not crowded but close to the center. The metro line is only 2 streets away. The area is full of good restaurants The rooms were comfortable

Cons: I was missing some basic equipment from the kitchen, like tablet for the washing machine or trashbag
