Very satisfied from our stay. Everything was perfect with our stay. I recommend it.

Cons: The shower and the sink in the bathroom should be renovated.

Pros: Historic building with modern finished Apartment. Comfortable beds and seating. Usable kitchen with modern appliances.

Cons: Mobile app door lock was different and could be temperamental.

Pros: The location and the apartment was spacious and clean.

Overall, good experience. Comfortable stay at an affordable price. Tourist attractions can be reached within 10-20 mins

Cons: There were flying insects at the start of our stay (eventually were gone after we bought electronic insecticide. We were provided with insect spray later) One of the rooms is close to the road where noise from establishments could be disturbing to guests’ sleep Warm water can suddenly stop coming out of shower

A lovely property - 10/10 recommended!

Pros: This is a lovely flat in a great location! There are multiple supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby and it’s close to the Provença and Diagonal metro stations. We found the electronic check in/door lock system easy to use and the building has a lift which was really helpful for bringing our suitcases in and out. We are a group of 6 mid-twenties women, and we fit easily with no issues surrounding bed space, etc. Overall, the flat is very well kept and comfortable with great facilities, and the Habitat team are very responsive on Booking chat and WhatsApp. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons: The only issue we had was that the air conditioning in the main bedroom makes quite a loud noise every 5 minutes or so while it’s on. This didn’t disturb us too much as we didn’t have it on at night but it was a little annoying.

Pros: Beautiful apartment. I liked the big bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living area, including the veranda. The beds werr very comfortable too.

Cons: The noise outside. We were beside bars and a construction. The few steps to the elevator which made us carry our heavy bags to the lift and my Senior Citizen mom.

Pros: Good! Reacted very fast, fixed out shower the same day!! Would definitely recommend!!

Cons: The pullout couch bed was really dirty. - see photos - Not fit for use. I did message them and they cleaned it somewhat the second day but was disappointing and distasteful especially when they wouldn’t accommodate us checking in a little early as they had to do a deep clean and refresh. They seemingly overlooked to deep clean the bed Also the dishwasher from the previous guests hadn’t been emptied after washing We booked & paid for 6 people but This shabby bed was not made up Not enough toilet roll for even one night for our group of six - 2 small rolls (I know we have to provide our own but adequate first night supply would be kind) One dishwasher tablet and one washing pod and one small tube of washing up Liquid for 6 people for four nights seems a little mean and meagre. I have a holiday rental accommodation myself and am much more generous with these small supplies for even a one night stay for less people ! Instruction manual hard to find in the apartment and washing machine and cooker were hard to operate PLEASE oil your very squeaky doors And bathroom door hard to open The front bedrooms were extremely noisy Thursday and Friday night with revellers outside until 4 am so beware if you need a quiet peaceful sleep. Back bedroom is very peaceful. Only a limited quantity of hot water for showers
