Definitelly worth the money and will cosider it strongly to stay again if I need to visit Barcelona!
Pros: Location is perfect. 5 mins to metro L3 and many busses. Very nice walk around the property. A lot of good stores some of them 1 min away and works until 23:00. Marc is a fantastic host and helped us with everything all the time! The lift is really tiny but it is good there is lift for the luggage. Also there are lockers where you can leave it before check-in and after check-out - very convenient if your flights do not match perfectly. You can check-in really easy - all is automated! I like the balcony too! I have been in Barcelona many times and this one is the best place so far. Keep up the good job Radas 61! :-]

The location and the property were both a real find
Pros: Had not appreciated the great location when booking. Montjuic is vibrant and full of interesting things to do and see.
Cons: Washing machine didn't work. However, the host was very responsive and was able to sort out solutions.

Pros: Great Location and Convenient Transport Connections We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. The location is excellent — well-connected by both bus and metro to all major attractions, which made getting around the city very easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the hair dryer, but after reporting it, a new one was delivered the very next day, which we really appreciated. One of the bathrooms had a minor issue — the shower only worked from the overhead fixture and not the handheld option, but it didn’t affect our stay too much. One thing we really liked was the luggage storage lockers in the hallway. Super handy — you can leave your bags there with a key before check-in or after check-out, which is great if your flight doesn’t match the apartment schedule. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and location. Would recommend!

Pros: Good location, only a few stops away from La Rambla area. The main selling point for me was the 2 bathrooms. It was decently equipped and especially the kitchen was better equipped than expected. The shower was amazingly hot and with great pressure. The tiny elevator is really manageable.
Cons: The first night the place smelled a mixture of damp and chemicals trying to cover it up. We had to air out the rooms for a while. It was somewhat better the following days but we always had to leave the windows open for a while both morning and evening. Luckily the heater worked well to heat the space afterwards.

Pros: The thing I liked the most was the availability of a luggage storage room, where you can leave your belongings before check-in and go explore the city. Access to the apartment is through a code lock. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It also has a very convenient location — within a 20-minute walk you can reach the Gothic Quarter, Plaça d'Espanya, Plaça de Catalunya, La Rambla street, and the promenade. There are public transport stops nearby.

Sufficient for a group or family | good value for money great location
Pros: It was all we needed as 2 fathers and 3 boys. Great location if you want to walk to Park Montuic football stadium - just up the hill. Amazing bakery few steps away, quite a few shops and veggie shop, close to busses, metro, walking distance to the port if you like to walk, which we do!
Cons: Unfortunate communication and misunderstandings at some points such as arrival and badly working shower hose along cold water the first night. But we solved it partially and thanks Marc to trying helping us. What was quite unacceptable was very dirty kitchenware, missing washing liquid and some towel, it really only takes few euros. If you offer kitchen, this is a must. So, we bought it and left it there hopefully, for other travellers.
