Decô Apartments Barcelona-Diagonal

Great place to stay if you plan to be in Barcelona for a week or more.

Pros: Location is great. The apartment is wide and has all of the necessary appliances to use as a temporary accommodation. Really recommended if you plan to stay several days in Barcelona and want to stay in a central area.

Cons: The lift is too small! I understand it is a historical building. But an advice is: you can hardly fit two adults with luggage into it. Since the apartment is on a seventh floor, getting there with luggage using the stairs is not really smth you want to do.

Wonderful, elegant stay in central Barcelona

Pros: So central, clean, elegant, and the owners were beyond helpful.

Lift aside - brilliant!

Pros: The property itself was excellent - good facilities, clean - just as advertised!

Cons: We were on the 7th floor and could not use the lift as it was broken. This was a nightmare when we arrived as we had a heavy suitcase. To be fair we were informed but there was no alternative - service lift was out of commission until our last day but at least we could use it in our departure. I was impressed however to receive compensation without having to ask!

Super apartment on via diagonal

Pros: Spacious,renovated loft apartment, lovely large terrace,2 modern bathrooms with showers,dishwasher and,washing machine,great central heating

Cons: Building has 2 ancient elevators that usually at least one was out of order

Pros: We stayed in the loft apartment with a balcony, however, I wasn’t brave enough to sit out on it. This apartment exceeded my expectations and was probably a bit of a luxury, but we’d come from hiking 5 days in the Pyrenees so was a perfect ending to our trip. A beautiful apartment, bright and airy with all the facilities you need. I think it’s the perfect location for getting around. We were able to visit everything by foot, but there are plenty of travel options right outside your apartment building and of course loads of bakeries and restaurants within walking distance not to mention being very close to the main shopping area if you like Gucci. Chanel et al. Barcelona is a beautiful city, and I found it to be a friendly one.

Cons: As mentioned the apartment is on the 7th floor and on one occasion the lift did not arrive , possibly because the doors hadn’t been closed properly by those using it last. It didn’t bother me taking the stairs, but it’s worth considering before booking.

great stay, would recommend it to anyone

Pros: Paul was attentive and was able to assist through WhatsApp for any questions asked of the place and payments, which is always helpful when traveling overseas. I like that it was near to a lot of shops and restaurants. Metro is nearby. Place was clean and comfortable, the single sofa bed was comfortable and easy to set up. We could also store our luggages at the office before our flight out.

Cons: A bit of logistics to do payment and collect keys but overall well-guided by the staff.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had everything needed for our stay. The location was good, central for everything, mini market and restaurants on the doorstep. Excellent.

Very nice, clean and quiet apartment, ideal for families or group of friends (sleeps 5 easily).

Pros: Spacious and enjoyable apartment with all the necessary comfort. Very comfortable beds, even for pull-out couch. Location is hard to beat. Very quiet despite being on Diagonal, one of the busiest streets in Barcelona. The office provided were clear instructions on how to get the keys and access building and apartment. Very clear and proactive communication at all times via messages.
