Wonderful vacation home in the heart of Barceloneta, a must for beach lovers

Pros: It’s a wonderful vacation home in the lovely neighborhood of Barceloneta. It’s close to the beach, tram station, and main tourist attractions. There are also so many nearby restaurants, bakeries, bars, and tapas places. The internet is stable which was important for our work purposes. The kitchen is fully functional and the terrace is amazing with so many sitting and chilling areas and with a huge bbq. Everything is well designed in this place and the host JP is amazing. He was always reachable for questions and a very caring host.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

well located good apartment

Pros: Good location, lots of nice cafes and restaurants around – close to the beach – nice apartment comfortable bed – good kitchen – nice terrace for inviting friends around – we didn't use it much because it was too cold in January and the sun only hits the rooftop for a short amount of time in the day.

Cons: The downstairs neighbours were quite loud - playing music til the middle of the night and the walls are really thin (But they might have been guests as well and not permanent residents) The street is very smelly so we hardly ever opened the windows on that side - and the apartment is quite cold which is good for summer but bad for winter, we had to turn the heater on almost every day (in January)

Beautiful, modern apartment in a great location

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and the penthouse is spectacular. We were allowed to come early and leave our luggage. The cleaners were there we saw how thoroughly they cleaned. The location is perfect with a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to La Rambla. Tons of bakeries, restaurants, and shopping just steps from the front door. JP, the property manager, is responsive to any questions. It was a great experience. We look forward to returning to this apartment on our next stay in Barcelona.

Cons: There were no negatives.

Pros: Apartamento precioso con una ubicación perfecta. Con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Dueño muy atento a todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Repetiremos sin duda!
