Pros: We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean, and in an excellent location.

Cons: - There was a strong push for completing the online check‑in, and the initial form required uploading photographs of ID documents. However, according to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), hotels and other accommodation providers are not permitted to make or store photocopies or digital scans of guests’ identification documents. After this was raised, the form was amended to request only the information strictly necessary. We appreciate their quick response on this matter, and we include this comment mainly to inform other travellers of their data‑protection rights. - One of the bathrooms was missing a toilet seat, and this issue was not followed up on.

Pros: I received it in truly clean condition. It has everything you could need: a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, pots, pans, forks, spoons. Everything has been thought of to make you feel at home. I felt at home, I didn't feel like a stranger. As a side note, the beds were very comfortable!

Pros: Localisation: close to the beach, beautiful sunrise In 5 min walk. In winter season: quiet and calm place. Good place to sleep and rest after visiting loud and crowded city center.

Pros: location was great, just off the rambla poblenou and even closer to the beach, shops very close and a 5 min walk to the L4 tube into the city.

Cons: another guest had a party one night but thats not the properties fault

Cons: First night was out of electricity. I dont count it but it was almost 200 times the circuit breaker disable and enable and everytime the electronic lights up so the night was without the sleep. But thats not what can the landlord influence

Great apartment in a wonderful part of Barcelona.

Pros: So clean, in the best location. Spacious apartment Nice balcony over looking street. Although a main road it wasn’t noisy. Very new shutters that meant room was dark. In fact whole place looked newly renovated. Dishwasher and washing machine. Very comfortable bed and spare pillows and towels. Entrance and communal area spotless too. I was pleasantly surprised as had been worried by a few reviews. Yes you have to leave a deposit but that was in booking.com original details. A lot of communication from Ola living. Key unlock details were easy to follow and arrived dead on 3pm. Ample loo rolls. Shampoo, shower gel and handwash provided. In kitchen was a gift. Bag of coffee and tea, oil vinegar and salt and pepper sachets. and a bag with dishwasher tablet, washing tab, washing up liquid and dish cloth. The local area near to market is fantastic. And so many fab restaurants and shops nearby on carrer de Maria aguillo.

Cons: A tea towel would have been handy. Cleaner was there at 10.45 on departure day. Quite a lot of emails. Fine if got the time to read emails but would be tricky if travelling. The tourist tax and deposit is not a problem just initially unnerving.

Spacious, comfortable and great location.

Pros: All instructions were clearly communicated and were easy to follow. It’s a lovely spacious apartment and we were very comfortable. A few minutes walk to the beach and lots of restaurants close by.

Cons: All was good, just missed having a mirror in the bedrooms for doing your makeup.
