Great location

Pros: The location was great. So close to metro and many restaurants, grocery stores, bars and shops. We walked to Sagrada from here (about 1 hour walk). The building was quiet except for the odd street noise when they empty the garbage or clean the walkway. The apartment is on a boulevard that only has local traffic so it is lovely to walk along amongst the trees. Lots of people are out with their kids and dogs enjoying life. We felt very safe everywhere we went in the area.

Cons: The mattress on the twin beds are not comfortable at all. They have a sway to them and I felt I was constantly trying to get out of a pit. For an apartment that sleeps 4 adults, the living room only has the one sofa as shown in the photo. We always had one adult sitting on a kitchen chair. Also, you need to have cell service to enter the apartment. They have a keyless entry system with an app on your phone. This caused a little stress as when we were out for the day we had to make sure that our phone didn’t run out of charge so we could get in. There is no manager on site to let you in. Another aggravation was that we had to send a deposit via cc If you have 2 step authentification, you will need to do this before leaving your home country.

Cons: Nous avons eu des problèmes d'eau chaude, heureusement l'établissement a été très réactif
