Overall very good apartment.

Pros: Location near metro, great roof-top terrace, responsive host.

Cons: Apartment on third floor with very narrow staircase (very difficult to get your suitcases up or down). One bedroom has a bed with headboard and footboard (not recommended for taller people since their legs cannot fit in the modest bed size). Only one of the bedrooms has air condition (other a/c in living room and hallway). One of the bathrooms is very small (like in airplane), while one of the bathrooms is in the hallway with frosted glass door (which although not clear view, it is still not comfortable for usage while other tenants pass through).
