Pros: We liked the modern decor of the apartment. It was quite spacious, especially with the 2 terraces. The neighborhood area was very peaceful/quiet and not touristy. When we visited, it was VERY HOT outside and it was wonderful to be able to come back to the apartment and turn on the excellent air conditioning. Communication with the hosts was very easy via WhatsApp.

Cons: The apartment was a bit far from most of Barcelona's attractions.

Gorgeous apartment, clean, quiet, perfect location.

Pros: This home is gorgeous but keep in mind there is no hot tub, just a jetted bath tub. The sliding glass doors are nearly impossible to lock after you open them, but the patios are worth the trouble. The hosts are extremely communicative and kind. The area is more residential than touristy, which we loved. All the best restaurants, bars, and shops are nearby. Would definitely stay again! The patio lights are BEAUTIFUL!

Cons: The heater/AC unit in the main room didn't work and we really wish it had a hot tub on one of those patios.

Apartamento estupendo en el centro de Barcelona

Pros: Estupendo apartamento muy bien ubicado en el centro de Barcelona. La vivienda se corresponde totalmente con la descripción de la web. No le falta de nada. Está equipado con todos los utensilios y productos necesarios, ¡e incluso más de lo esperado! Las terrazas son increíbles, perfectas para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. La limpieza es sobresaliente, todo estaba impecable a nuestra llegada. Amplio salón con gran sofá, dormitorio principal espectacular. Todo es muy cómodo, luminoso y lleno de detalles pensados para hacer la estancia más agradable. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable. ¡Seguro que volveremos!

Schönes Appartement das fast keine Wünsche offen lässt

Pros: Ein top ausgestattes Appartement. Sehr sauber. Alles, was man braucht vorhanden. Elektronische Rollläden. Zwei tolle Terrasse. Das Appartement ist im 8. Stock. Dort herrscht himmlische Ruhe. Kein Straßenlärm. Nichts von anderen Hausbewohnern mitbekommen.

Cons: Einziger negativer Punkt ist der schlecht verlegte Holzboden im großen Schlafzimmer zur Terrasse. Rund um das Bett herum (Laufweg zur Terrasse) knarrt der Boden extrem laut. Leider knarrt der Boden , wenn 2 Personen im Bett liegen. Dreht sich die Person, die aussen zur Tür liegt, im Bett, knarrt der Boden so laut, dass Niemand ein Auge zu macht. Mein Mann kapitulierte nach der 2. Nacht und \
