Pros: Extremely satisfied with the property, I travel a lot and this is in my top ranking without any doubt. Amazing place , location , facilities, the bed .

Pros: The location is amazing. Within walking distance of anywhere. 5 minutes from the metro or train. There is a small grocery store in front of the apartment. Next door is an Asian restaurant. The street is quiet.

Cons: The keys to the apartment can only be picked up at the main reception, which is located elsewhere (20 minutes by subway). You must also pay a deposit (€200), which will be refunded upon check-out. The apartment is equipped with basic kitchen appliances, but some essentials are missing – for example, salt, pepper, cooking oil...

Pros: The appartmant was really good at a good location. It is well equipped and clean.

Cons: The reception is a bit further away from the appartment. It was clearly communicated. However, the address could not be copied making it harder to search for it on google maps.

Pros: The location is very convenient , safe and not too crowded even it's at the center of Catalunya .. a very sound and relaxing place to stay especially if you'll stay as family .. They clearly stated where to get the keys so that's what to expect. It's not actually bad since the price is just .. You just have to plan the route to make it easier for you. For a family who wants a place to relax at the same time not so far from the center, this is recommendable .

Cons: The building's doorbell wasn't functioning. It has to be checked. The scent of the room has to be improved. It was clean but may they have a fresh scent so that the first impression when the door opens is more welcoming.

Pros: The keys pick up is 30-40mins away walking, not ideal when with luggage or with family. It is explained but not very well when booking.

Cons: The keys pick up is far away, not sure why kesy can be picked up from a locker box that the host could locate outside. The taxi is additional cost so I wouldnt choose this location again purely because of inconvenience

Cons: The adress for keys pick up is located at the other part of a city and it is pretty time consuming.

Our stay was very enjoyable, the location was very central.

Cons: I wasn't given instructions on how the key card worked to open the front door. When we got to the apartment I was unable to gain entry as I didn't know how to open the door. Fortunately shortly after arriving another guest arrived back to enter the apartments and showed us how to use the key.

Pros: The location was really good, very central. It took us a while to work out which sliding glass doors we should use for the bathroom etc but it was quirky and fun. The staff were excellent, they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Cons: There could have been more kitchen utensils and it would have been better if there was someone there with the keys upon arrival. Having to go to their central reception to collect the keys was a bit inconvenient. We did have a problem with noise. There were friends in several of the apartments and they liked to party into the early hours of the morning. They all had their doors open and were constantly shouting to each other across the corridor. We were woken around 3 in the morning on a few occasions. When we complained to reception, they did ring the guests and asked them to keep the noise down but unfortunately, the noise continued.

Great location and very nice apartment with quite enough space for a family of 3-4
