Pros: The location was great. Check in was smooth. Apartment is spacious and clean.
Cons: The only down side is not having air conditioning so the apartment does get quite warm (we visited in mid-June).

Nice apartment in great location
Pros: The apartment was perfect for a few days in the city in a great location. The living room has a tv with access to Netflix/prime etc which was a great surprise. It was a good size space for two friends sharing and the kitchen came with all amenities that we needed (granted, we didn't cook anything). Apartment is in a block that are all serviced apartments so it felt safe and that we weren't annoying the locals.
Cons: The bed wasn't comfy and dipped in the middle, the mattress should be changed! We also couldn't leave our bags at the property the day of check out even though this was previously mentioned that we could, it was a Sunday so we also didn't receive any communication from the booking owners when I queried this until I was already at home. I think there should be another system in place on Sundays if you aren't fluent in Spanish, as the caretake and I couldn't communicate that I wanted to leave my bags as he also didn't speak English.

Pros: The location was very good, central. The apartment was clean. We had kitchen utensils at our disposal in case we wanted to cook.
Cons: The signal from the WiFi shows that it is full, but it works very weak sometimes and sometimes it doesn't work at all and you had to change your position in the room for it to work.

Super zentral gelegen. Schönes Appartement
Pros: Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und alle Fragen wurden beantwortet. Der check-in und check-out liefen reibungslos ab. Das Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kommt überall gut zu Fuß hin. Zudem gibt es sogar eine eigene Waschmaschine in der Küche und einen Backofen. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
Cons: Abends war es teilweise noch etwas laut auf der Straße und das Bett war nicht so bequem. Bei jeder Drehung hat das ganze Bett gewackelt. Für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf etwas nervig.

Pros: Loved the area!! We walked everywhere and saw so much. Super clean. Felt secure with locking main door and deadbolt on apartment door.

Posizione ottima, staff disponibile struttura tenuta bene.
Pros: La posizione era per me ottima in zona tranquilla e ben servita da molte attività commerciali piccole medie e grandi per acquistare prodotti per cucinare o anche per non cucinare. Fermata della metro a pochissimi passi e ad ogni modo a pochi passi a piedi da moltissimi punti strategici ( mercato di Santa Caterina, Arco dí trionfo, Plaza Catalonia e la Rambla), e anche la cattedrale di Barcellona, da lì in poi si entra subito nei suggestivi vicoletti del quartiere gotico.
Cons: Abbiamo preso questo appartamento con cucina, perché avendo bimbi piccoli c’è necessità di cucinare. Ma gli accessori per poterlo fare erano al minimo sindacale. Altra cosa, ma questo è chiedere troppo quando si va all’estero, bagno senza bidet
