Pros: A localização era excelente, bem perto do metrô e de umas das maiores atrações turísticas, a Sagrada Família. O apartamento é bem espaçoso e confortável, banheiro e cozinha ótimos!!
Cons: A televisão é um pouco complicada, não conseguimos colocar os streamings.

Pros: 地理位置不错，靠近圣家堂大教堂（地铁L5 Sagrada Familia站)，走路大概七八分钟，住的楼下就有一家广东人开的中华面馆，味道还可以，老板人也不错。公寓里面基本上啥设施都有。
Cons: WiFi路由器放在厨房那里，离房间太远了，信号不是很好，建议把路由器放到客厅比较好一些。

Pros: Jeśli zastanawiasz się nad rezerwacją jest to dobry wybór. To co jest ważne to zdjęcia odpowiadają rzeczywistości. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, z okna widok na Sagrada Família, blisko metro, niezliczona ilość sklepów spożywczych i marketów, warte odwidzi targ z wszystkimi smakami Hiszpanii. Od świeżych ryb, przez szynki, sery, oliwki po ekologiczne jajka. POLECAM

Pros: L'appartement est joli et très bien placé, proche de la Sagrada Familia, d'une station de métro centrale, d'un marché et d' un supermarché. Les photos de l'annonce sont conformes. Appartement très propre et immeuble calme.
Cons: L'annonce mentionne un micro-ondes alors qu'il n'y en a pas. Ceci a déjà été mentionné par d'autres voyageurs. Il serait bon de rectifier les termes de l'annonce. Les fenêtres des chambres sont très mal isolées et donnent sur une rue très bruyante (voitures). Pas mal de pollution due aux voitures ce qui n'est pas agréable quand on aére les chambres. Les fenêtres de la cuisine ne se verrouillent pas, ceci dit, cela ne semble pas poser de problème de sécurité. Il vaudrait mieux mentionner qu'il y a des modes d'emploi et indiquer où ils se trouvent plutôt que de dire qu'on peut appeler si on n'arrive pas à faire fonctionner qq chose (par exemple déverrouiller la plaque de cuisson) car le contact sur place ne travaille pas le soir (et c'est bien normal) et le personnel d urgence de l'agence, bien que très aimable, ne peut pas vraiment aider à distance.

Marvelous location, good price for quality
Pros: Fantastic location, in the heart of Barcelona, very close to La Sagrada Familia. Several supermarkets, pharmacies (one of them open 24 hours a day), restaurants and other facilities around. There are metro stations nearby (L2 and L5), which are easily accessible from anywhere. The apartment is on the 4th floor and is equipped with useful utensils such as a coffee machine, pans, cutlery and crockery, dishwasher, washing machine, corkscrew (important!), hairdryer, hand and shower gel. The overall design is clean, rustic, yet comfortable. From the kitchen window you can see the towers of La Sagrada Familia. Keys are personally handed over to you by a Stay U-nique agent upon your arrival. Check-in details are provided a few days in advance by Stay U-nique.
Cons: Stay U-nique extra charges for late check-in and that was not clearly pointed out on their page on Booking, so be aware of this. They charge €20 for check-ins after 21:00 and €50 after 00:00. Another annoying thing is Stay U-nique did not respond my message on Booking before my card was charged. Noise isolation of the apartment was pretty bad and you can hear vehicles passing by and honking all the time. Beds were not so comfy as expected and also a bit noisy. Those are just my personal observations and would not make me never come back again.

Excellent dans l’ensemble.
Pros: Sabrina a pris le temps de nous amener les clés et de nous expliquer les modalités de l’appartement ainsi que de nous communiquer des références d’établissements à proximité.
Cons: A améliorer peut être: l’isolation des fenêtres pour le bruit. Un chauffage dans la salle de bain. Un micro-ondes. Les alaises de lit.
