Przeciętny apartament.

Pros: W miarę dobra lokalizacja. Duża przestrzeń mieszkania, 4 pokoje. Wyposażenie w niezbędne przedmioty codziennego użytku.

Cons: Ogólny, niezbyt dobry stan mieszkania. Podrapane ściany, zły stan budynku, stare zaniedbane budownictwo. Brak chociaż jednego wieszaka bądź półki w łazience. Ciągły nieprzyjemny zapach z łazienki ale w Barcelonie tak niestety często bywa. Wiem, że to Barcelona i wysokie ceny ale za zapłacone pieniądze jednak spodziewaliśmy się czegoś lepszego. To jedno z naszych najgorszych miejsc zamieszkania w czasie podróży a latamy często w różne miejsca Europy i nie tylko. Nie mówiąc już o bardzo wysokich opłatach klimatycznych ale to oczywiście nie wina personelu wynajętego obiektu. Kontakt z obslugą na miejscu b/u. Miło i sympatycznie. Jak ktoś nie przywiązuje wagi do standardu noclegu to może być ale nie za te cenę. Nam jednak ogólnie się nie podobało. Ceny wynajmu mieszkań są jednak w Barcelonie wysokie i o tym trzeba pamiętać. Barcelona przepiękna i przyjazna. Miasto zdecydowanie polecamy.

A comfortable and well-located apartment with a kind host — highly recommended.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, in an excellent location, and looked exactly like the photos. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

Cons: It would be even better if beach towels were provided and a little more toilet paper was available.

Modern apartment in a very cool area of Barcelona

Pros: The location is fantastic being a little out of Barcelona centre, and very close to the beach, and the Ramblas. The beds were comfortable, and the AC in the lounge was very needed as we were there in a heatwave. The apartment was bright, and modern with 2 lovely bathrooms, both with overhead and rail shower heads.

Cons: There were just a couple of minor items missing, eg oven gloves and tea towel, and no locks on the bathroom doors, but this certainly didn't affect our enjoyment of the apartment.

Pros: Apartman je u predivnom kvartu, sigurnom, blizu plaže, mogla bi tu živjeti! Pun je svjetla sa pogledom na zelenilo. U apartmanu je sve novo i čisto i uredno, svakako bi se vratila!

Sehr hervorragend

Pros: Das Appartement war perfekt: sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ideal – nur wenige Minuten zum Meer und auch das Stadtzentrum ist gut erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Das Appartement befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist sehr gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Vermieter – er war sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Effective, schöne Unterkunft für Familien on-a-budget. Gerne wieder.

Pros: Preis-Leistung war sehr gut. Nähe zum Strand, Shopping, public transport war sehr gut. Freundliches Personal und schnelle Antworten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat alles beinhaltet, war wir gebraucht haben. War simple aber funktionell und ordentlich und nett eingerichtet. Economy Standard entsprechend. Vielen Dank!
