Very nice place and personnel!

Pros: Clean and nice place. Good WI FI. Adequate kitchen. Wonderful picture at the big bedroom. Old flat with history, but with modern equipment. Many restaurants and cafes around. Close to supermarkets and metro stations.

Cons: Noisy place at night time. But it is common for Spain and Barsa. Heavy door to the bathroom. Children may stuck inside.

Pros: Very good location close to metro and bus station (direct bus from and to the airport), supermarket, little bakery/café open from 7 a.m. just around the corner. Nice host - although we haven't met in person, she was ready to answer any questions over WhatsApp, arranged for us airport pick up and the driver gave us our keys on arrival (much recommended if you arrive in the evening like we did). Nice little balcony, comfortable and clean beds, well equipped kitchen.

Cons: The bedroom facing the street was a bit noisy from passing cars and motorcycles. Bathroom door got stuck sometimes and needed a special push to open. Rather small windows facing narrow street means not too much natural light during the day.

Pros: The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the metro, as described. Adequate furniture and kitchen, quiet neighborhood. The beds are comfortable. The apartment is clean, we are very satisfied.

Cons: The only complaint about the apartment is that the bathroom and hallway doors could not be closed completely. That's why the rating is 9.

Pros: Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Wszystko było tak jak w opisie.

Cons: Tylko 3 klamerki do powieszenia prania na balkonie :)

appartement confortable et bien situé, je recommande

Pros: Emplacement très pratique dans une rue assez calme (pour Barcelone), à 15 mn de marche de la gare de Sants, et à quelques minutes de plusieurs solutions de transports en commun. Il y a un night shop dans la rue, des restaurants à proximité, et on est à 15-20 mn environ du centre de Barcelone en transports. Le logement est propre, assez spacieux, confortable. le balcon est agréable. Il y a le wifi gratuit et la télé. la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut, même un lave-linge. La communication avec les gestionnaires de l’appartement s’est très bien passée. Je recommande cet établissement.

Cons: J’aurais aimé qu’il y ait quelques produits dans la cuisine (huile, vinaigre, épices). La porte de la salle de bain avait un problème (vitre qui se décolle). mais ce ne sont que de petits détails.

Pros: Appartement bien situé car proche des transports et bien agencé car 2 chambres et donc idéal pour 2 couples

Cons: Le bruit de la rue

Nice apartment

Pros: The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment was clean and quiet. Very comfy beds. Nice location.

Cons: Pans and pots in the kitchen should be replaced, as well as TV.

Apartament Joel

Pros: Blisko do metra, można również dojść piechotą ok. 10 min do pl. Hiszpańskiego. Łóżka wygodne, kuchnia wyposażona, łazienka czysta, woda ciepła na cztery osoby bez zakłóceń, internet też wystarczający. Winda dla zmęczonych zwiedzaniem. Jest kontakt z właścicielami w razie potrzeby, ale interwencja nie była potrzebna.
