Comfy and welcoming

Pros: Location is great with easy access to aerobus and metro rides. Large apartment for a family of 6 with 2 bathroom is a plus. Staff (Marlena) were very helpful and quick to response even though it was a holiday season.

Great location, comfortable stay, and charming city vibes

Pros: Super clear check-in and check-out instructions, and great communication with the host. The location is excellent for getting to know Barcelona (super view from the small balcony; Casa Batlló seen a million times :)), which means it’s not quiet, but the sounds of city life didn’t bother us - in fact, we enjoyed them and had no problems sleeping. Metro and bus stops are very close, and we explored a lot on foot from here. The capsule coffee machine might not seem like a big deal, but it’s a game-changer; capsules can be bought at a nearby store. Beds are comfortable, and the sheets and towels are white and clean. The showers have hot water, and the water pressure is fine.

Cons: The property does, of course, show some signs of use, but that’s hardly surprising - we would happily stay here again ourselves. The biggest discomfort for us was what someone else has already mentioned - the wooden shower doors, which remain damp, swell, and have a slight musty smell. From a distance they look fine, but they’re not the best solution. As a temporary 'minimum fix', at least an absorbent cloth would be useful to wipe them and the floor after use (the mop wasn’t very convenient).

I would absolutely advise this place everyone who wants to be at the heart of Barcelona

Pros: The location was perfect, and I really liked the house. The furniture, design, and ambiance were amazing. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have breakfast every morning at the café downstairs.

Cons: I couldn’t reach the helpline when we couldn’t open the door. But fortunately, someone arrived at the apartment, and we were able to get in.

Pros: Мы отдыхали семьей, 5 человек. Расположение апартаментов отличное, на параллельной улице - камера хранения багажа (кстати, на верхнем этаже этого здания классная обзорная площадка), 5 мин. до пл.Каталонии. Рядом супермаркеты, магазины, кафе и ресторанчики. Метро недалеко. Квартира просторная, уютная, кухня полностью оборудована, 2 ванные комнаты, 3 спальни и гостиная для общих ужинов. Все продумано, очень чисто. Прелестные балкончики для утреннего кофе. Легкий доступ к жилью. И огромное спасибо владельцам за раннее поселение! Так как мы в Барселоне были не раз, но останавливались в отелях, то этот опыт проживания в апартаментах был очень позитивным. Отдых удался!

Pros: Tutto , bellissimo appartamento in un condominio tranquillo, curato e molto pulito, sito in una posizione centrale, bei ristoranti e negozi

Cons: Non c'è niente che non mi sia piaciuto

Pros: Appartement confortable, bien situé, spacieux et pratique. Seul bémol : bruyant. Bruit la nuit et le matin tôt (camion poubelle).

超级棒的住宿体验

Pros: 地理位置：1、机场打车30分钟，直接到公寓楼下。 2、楼下就是女人的天堂，商业一条街，超市，面包店，冰激凌店，餐厅，什么都有。 3、离巴特罗之家走路10分钟距离，穿高跟鞋无负担。 总之，位置很方便，这片区域也很安全。 房间设施：两个独立带卫浴卫生间，3间房，两间是大床，一间是双床，厨房，阳台，客厅，餐厅。锅碗瓢盆什么都很全！洗衣机，吹风机，烧水壶，微波炉等都有，干净好用。我们住了4天，要自己采购矿泉水，洗碗机用的洗涤剂，洗衣液！也会有之前住客剩下来的。房间很干净，阳台拍照绝绝子！ 服务：提前会有服务人员加联系方式，他们国外的app，类似国内微信。会非常清晰告诉你开门方式，视频展示，所以开门超级顺利。居住期间不会有人来打扫卫生，需要自己处理卫生，垃圾要丢去楼下的垃圾分类大桶。走的时候做好基本维护就好！可以视频留存。 总之一切都太美好了，非常庆幸自己选择了这家民宿。爱死了！

Cons: 垃圾袋可以配多几个，人多的情况，还是不够用的。

Pros: The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you could possibly need. The hosts even provided some games and books for kids, which kept my children entertained. The location is absolutely amazing, making it easy to explore the city center and local attractions. The beds are extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment.
