Overall great accomodation and everything great, just with the minor suggestion a out the sofa and the mattresses.

Pros: Very clean, all needed utilities, heating and cooling system, store right at the exit from the building, elevator

Cons: The sofa and the mattresses from the beds. Sofa from the living room is not comfortable at all and the mattresses are too soft. I recommend changing them.

Pros: The location was spectacular, and the neighborhood was great. Everything was within walking distance, which made getting around incredibly easy. We loved the area. The apartment was spacious, and the kitchen was very well stocked, which was a huge plus. The host was super responsive and helpful. There were also nearby art classes and small activities for kids. We did one just up the street, and it was a lot of fun and a great addition to our stay.

Cons: The beds were uncomfortable. This may be a matter of personal preference, but we found them uncomfortable. Just a heads up for future travelers.

Good value

Pros: very central to gracia district and tapas and bars. Unit was comfortable. Also the host was very helpful and accommodating if you have an issue.

Cons: You need to take your own tea and coffee pods for the coffee machine. and there was no dishcloth. Make sure you get your full payment of taxes and cleaning sorted with the establishment before arriving. There is no reception and the full booking fee is not covered by Booking.com

Pros: The location is great, we walked 20 minutes to Sagrada Familia. A market just across the street. Big windows, a lot of space, full equipped kitchen, everything new.

Pros: The apartment is centrally located, and you can easily take the metro or a bus. There are so many restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. The management was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean, and the facilities were sufficient for my family.

Cons: Overall, our stay was near perfect, to be honest. I would have appreciated it if it was acceptable to only pay for the shipping costs of forgotten things, especially if they are really small and not high value, like a fridge magnet The doors could be abit less noisy

Pros: The apartment was large and comfortable, clean and well equipped. The check in process was smooth and the location was very good. There were plenty of coffee and restaurants a couple of minutes away and there was no noise on the room. The staff was responsive.
