2 Minutes away from the rambla de poble and very well located, very clean and comfy

Pros: It was a very good stay. There is a bus stop nearby (1 minute walk), making it very easy to access. Also, a supermarket was a 1 minute walk away. And since it was on the first floor, it was a nice surprise to be able to go outside right away. We arrived at Barcelona Airport at 12:00, but we were able to check in early at 1:00pm. Also, my check-out was early in the morning, but they accommodated me the day before. They were very flexible, which was very helpful. thank you very much.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable place.
Pros: Location - 5 minutes to seaside, 5 minutes to street with many food option, 15 minutes to nearest metro station
Cons: Flat located on low ground floor - people walking on streets can look to your kitchen:)

Loved our stay, location was perfect for beach and public transport to sites
Pros: We loved our stay here! My husband and I, and two teens loved the location! It's a 5min walk to the beach and right off Rambla del Poblenou for all the amenities, lively restaurants, and grocery stores, yet as soon as you walk towards the apartment it is very quiet (we brought ear plugs and did not need them). The apartment itself is just as beautiful as the description and photos show. Lilia sent a very detailed note a week before arrival and the property managers Nadia and Taras were also a pleasure to deal with and made arrival easy. Public transportation from here is very efficient and we always had multiple options to go to the sites and get back home. And we were relieved to be away from the hoards of tourists in the Gothic Quarter and explore Poblenou, where it felt safe and with locals. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is awesome. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Tolle Lage, freundliche Gastgeber, super sauber und ausgestattet!
Pros: Die Lage war perfekt - quasi direkt am Strand und der lokalen Fußgängerzone, trotzdem so weit zurück, dass es nicht laut war. Einfache Übergabe, sehr hilfreiche Hinweise und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Ein paar qcm mehr im Bad wären toll, aber wir sind gut klargekommen.

Pros: Die Lage ist ideal. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, genauso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Perfekt und jederzeit wieder
Pros: Perfekte Nähe zum Strand ~ 3 Minuten sowie zu gefühlten 100 Lokalen die abseits vom Trubel eher für die Einheimischen sind und daher alles total entspannt und nicht überlaufen sind. Unterkunft war sauber, hell, Klima oder Heizung, Außenjalousien, bequeme Betten, Eiskasten, kleines Badezimmer mit Fön.
Cons: In einem Zimmer, gab es keine einzige Möglichkeit Gewand aufzuhängen oder hinzulegen.

Отличные апартаменты в прекрасном месте.
Pros: Квартирка очень приятная. Чистая. Есть всё необходимое. Посудомоечная машина, кофемашина Nespresso. Идеальное расположение. Лучшее место в Барселоне. В стороне от туристического ада, однако в пешей доступности. Прекрасная собственная рамбла, где множество ресторанчиков (есть и весьма приличные), и где в основном прогуливаются местные жители. И море в шаговой доступности.
Cons: Простите, но очень тесный туалет. Унитаз задвинут между стеной и душевой кабинкой. Это может быть проблемой.

Pros: Die Lage ist super in Poblenou, bis zum Strand 300 Meter, Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür, Restaurant und Supermarkt in 3 Minuten, zu Fuß ins Zentrum 25-30 Minuten am Meer entlag, alles sauber, einfach aber fein. Wir waren und sind sehr zufrieden. Übergabe und Check-out einfach, alles per WhatsApp abgestimmt, Nadya war immer erreichbar, vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen wieder!
Cons: Nix zu meckern!
