Decent value for the price. The apartment is charmless, but had all the basics needed for survival,
Pros: Very convenient for us, as we were in Barcelona to visit family who lived just a few blocks away. The host was helpful and the apartment, while small, supplied the basics. We did not need more than that. We would stay again, but guests should keep their expectations moderate.
Cons: The showerhead constantly fell down! Grrr. Bland would be a kind word for the decor. Supplies were very minimal. The apartment was fine given that we were mostly out and about with family, but it was not a place you would want to spend a lot of time, and not a kitchen you’d want to spend much time in to cook. The quality of things like pillows and towels was basic motel quality, nothing more.

Overall it’s a pleasant experience. We all love Barcelona…
Pros: It’s clean and in good location. The staff put out some goodies and water, which was very nice. Recommendations were also useful.
Cons: The shower is a little tight, and the shower head is loose and drops sometimes……

Pros: Apartament curat, bucătărie echipată, personal amabil, locație ok, preț accesibil față de alte proprietăți din Barcelona
Cons: Apă caldă insuficienta pentru 3 adulți, paturile nu sunt cele mai confortabile,nu este izolat fonic.

Pros: It was equipped with a kitchen and washer. It met all my needs. There was a balcony for viewing. It also provided a place to dry my clothes.
Cons: The keys were difficult for me to use. I’m not used to the older type of keys so it made it difficult to open the outside door.

Inmueble con buena conectividad y cómodo.
Pros: Alojamiento céntrico y cercano a locales comerciales como supermercados, panaderías, bares-restaurantes etc. Es un departamento bastante cómodo pero solo para un total de 3 personas. En resumen 100% recomendado.
Cons: El proceso de check in del departamento, podría ser autónomo. Cobran un saldo por llegar fuera del rango del check in permitido el cual va subiendo conforme a hora que pasa (mi vuelo se retrasó 3 horas y llegue fuera el horario indicado por mi parte y tuve que pagar 35 euros extra). También no me gustó el proceso de retención de garantía, ya que debías dejar anotada tu número de tarjeta bancaria en una hoja para que ellos hicieran el cobro en caso de algún problema, si hubiese sabido que el sistema era así no hubiese arrendado pero por el horario de llegada no tenía otra alternativa, preferiría que cobren la garantía como lo hacen en las renta Car (te lo cargan a la tarjeta de forma inmediata y después lo devuelven) así no expones tus datos bancarios. En fin, son cosas que podrían mejorar, pero el inmueble está bien considerando precio-calidad-ubicación.

Nette kleine Unterkunft in Gracia.
Pros: Für uns ideal weil unser Sohn während seines Auslandssemesters gleich und Eck gewohnt hat. Ideal für 3 Personen durch das extra Zimmer. Im Stadtteil Gracia gelegen. 2 Blocks bergab ein netter Platz mit Lokalen. Und weiter Richtung Zentrum weitere gemütliche Tapas Lokale und Bars. Bäcker gleich ums Eck. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in der Trav. del Dalt quasi rund um die Uhr. Kleiner Balkon nach hinten raus. Sehr ruhig. Zum Hafen mit der Metro ca. 30 min Jeder Bus in der Trav. del Dalt fährt Richtung U -Bahn Lesseps (Grüne Linie ins Zentrum). 2 Stationen. Das spart 10 min Fußweg. Der Kleinbus direkt vor der Tür fährt alle 15 min zur U-Bahn Joanic (rote Linie).
Cons: Es ist alles ein wenig eng, aber bei 45 m2 Gesamtgröße nicht anders zu erwarten. Aber es ist alles da was man braucht und man ist ja eh nicht viel in der Unterkunft.
