Pros: Ottima posizione, abbiamo soggiornato in 5 adulti e avere a disposizione due bagni è stato molto comodo. Letti veramente comodi. TV in sala molto grande, cucina ben fornita. Gentilissimo il gestore che ci ha lasciato 5 kit bagno e in cucina un kit per lavare i piatti con detersivo e spugna nuova.

Cons: Peccato che l'appartamento è al 5 piano ed è servito da un ascensore molto vecchio.

Buon alloggio!!

Pros: Camere accoglienti, condizionatore in ogni stanza, ricca di optional (bollitore, tostapane, phone ecc ) Bel design, bella TV, divano comodo.

Cons: Abbiamo trovato qualche problema con le docce (un po' rotte) e il Wi-Fi non funzionava Forse 300 euro di caparra per il posto sono un po' troppi.

Great for families!

Pros: The location was within 7 minutes of La Sagrada Familia, and there were many restraunts, neighborhood markets, and a bakery within walking distance. The air conditioning was AMAZING! Having a washing machine in the apartment was a definite plus! The bedrooms were small but adequately sized, and having 2 bathrooms was great for my family. The apartment was a great last-minute find, and the price was reduced, making it a better deal than local hotels. The neighborhood was quiet and low-key. You are also a 15-minute walk from the flea market - Mercat dels Encants de Barcelona and the Estación de Autobuses.

Cons: Both bathroom sinks did not drain. One bathroom mirror was unusually small, and its shelf was not stable, so items fell off if put on the wrong side. The check-in process did take a bit of time. Booking.com wants you to go through them, but then there is a delay in the management getting your info. There was a $300.00 deposit required but not mentioned in the original price quote.
