Nice time in Barcelona

Pros: Very spacious apartment, comfortable beds, also good location. Quiet and safe. There`s a great cafe on the way to the nearby metro and supermarket next door. The apartment is good equipped, the owner Eric is really an encyclopedia of useful information and advices.

Cons: There is no view, but there are so many other viewpoints in Barcelona that we didn't even miss it. We had problems activating the radiator, but the AC was enough for us.

Everything was amazing!

Pros: We stuck in Barcelona traffic, but host waiting for us to hand over the keys. He provided us with very useful information about the city and recommendations for food/drinks. Apartment was spotless, probably one of the best i have ever been to and i have been to hundreds in so many cities. Beds very comfortable, pillows that really were excellent, all the things that we needed were there and also parking spot that is very important. I really believe that it is a must if you want to visit Barcelona to book this.

Cons: all perfect

Pros: The apartment is very nice with everything you need for a nice vacation- fully equiped kitchen including washing machine. The parking spot is comfortable and was included in the price. The host Eric is wonderful person. He helped us a lot with information and was so suportive during our stay so we felt like we are at home. He went even with my husband to shaw him around the neighborhood. Thanks Eric! We will visit you again!

A wonderful family holiday with the apartment. Host Eric was so helpful.

Pros: Eric the host was fantastic from start to finish. Extremely friendly and informative. Great communication from him from making the booking up until we arrived back in our country. He went well beyond what I would expect from a host with some great pieces of information regarding where to go, what to see, and where to be careful. Could not fault our stay.

Pros: Super clean. Exterior windows on both sides of the flat but neither are street-facing, so it’s incredibly quiet at night. Short walk to metro stations.

Cons: Two sets of keys are provided which is great, but a warning DO NOT leave one key in the door inside when you go out. We locked ourselves out because the key was in the lock from the inside and we couldn’t unlock it from outside. We had to pay for someone to help us enter the apartment.

A good cormfortable apartment with enough room for 4 persons!

Pros: The location is fine. 5 minutes from subway (Plaça del Centre) Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Larger supermarkets and good restaurants on walking distance. Eric is a good host and communicates well. The apartment has enough room, good beds, good airco! a good kitchen and a nice balcony. We had a great week!

Perdect place to stay

Pros: The apartment was excellent – spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is very convenient, with shops, bars, and cafés nearby. It is situated in a quiet area, and it was always peaceful and calm. The metro station is just a few minutes’ walk away. The host was fantastic – always ready to help with any questions. Thanks to his kindness and attentiveness, we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again

Pros: Apartament bardzo czysty i schludny. Super wyposażenie, pralka, zmywarka duża lodówka i wygodna kanapa. Piękny duży balkon. Super kontakt z opiekunem nieruchomości. Mimo drobnej usterki ze zlewem na drugi dzień ekspresowa naprawa! Blisko sklepy.

Cons: Mogłoby być nieco więcej naczyń, jak kubeczki czy sztućce, ale to naprawdę mało istotne.

Pros: Bardzo fajny apartament lokalizacja super bardzo blisko metra i aytobusu swietnie skomunikowany wyposazenie apartamentu wystarczające . Przesympatyczny własciciel udzieli nam wielu pomocnych i ciekawych wskazówek bardzo miły czlowiek pozniejsza pora przyjazdu nie była dla niego problemem super polecam na pewno wrocę jak bede w Barcelonie .

Es war sehr gepflegt, easy und wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut.

Pros: Die Lage war prima, das Apartment perfekt, gepflegt und ruhig. Eric hat uns empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Wir bekamen auch viele Tips für die Nachbarschaft. Check in und Check out waren sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.
