Pros: Everything was new and clean and full of facilities,

Cons: First, it was hard to get in there by public transport, and the people and owner can't speak English.

Pros: the room was pretty cozy and well equipped with everything that you could need, Alberto has been a kind and discreet host. The place fitted very well our purposes. We had a car and, without traffic, it's been easy to reach Baarcelona. Parking on the street was always available even late in the night

Cons: irrelevant things that shouldn't be important to judge ad accomodation
