A very pleasant and comfortable stay in a great apartment.

Pros: The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and located in a great area. It’s really big, nicely decorated and looks even better than in the photos.

Cons: The only downside was that it got a bit cold inside the apartment in the evenings.

Facilities are quite good, but hospitality could be a bit better.

Pros: Location was great, apartment was clean and spacious. Hot water worked well, there are two air cons and also a washing machine.

Cons: We are grateful for the provided bottles of water, but it would be nice if the owners as a courtesy put at least some supplies like salt, pepper, oil. There was not even salt so we basically had to buy everything from zero. There is no coffee machine and no complimentary coffee which is common for most of the places we rented before. We stayed for 5 days (three of us) and there was clearly not enough toilet paper and only one/two tablets for dishwasher. The dishwasher was also not very effective. For 5 days stay we paid over 1000 euros so we think that owners also could invest 10-15 euros to make us feel welcomed. Such small things distinguish average place from excellent.

Nice and large , so clean and confortable but 3rd floor with no elevator and very timy entrance ! And no parking around

Cons: The procedure to check in , no one to welcome us and i waited mkre than 35 min with my 2 kids to finish the check in online and i asked him if someone can come to help ! Also they didn’t say they wanna take 300€ deposit !!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay here. Lovely facilities, air conditioned throughout, simple toiletries provided, kitchen well equipped. Brilliant location to be able to easily walk to the beach in 5 minutes using the pedestrian underpass, and to get into Barcelona using the L2 metro. Badalona is beautiful with wonderful places to eat and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening strolls along the seaside. The apartment is newly renovated, styled well, and easy to find using the address. I enjoyed having the electronic lock using the app/web link.

Cons: Checking-in is a little arduous; be aware there is a separate checking-in process external to Booking.com where you need to provide passport information and a deposit (€300). It is not a big issue and we had our deposit returned quickly and easily. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment but no basic ingredients, meaning to cook anything you need to buy new items such as oil/salt/vinegar/seasonings.

Pros: Close to the metrostation, to the sea,several place to have the breakfast.

Cons: Quit long proccess with the eletronic Keys,security depozit (300E)

Amazing

Pros: the rooms where big and it felt a bit like home as there was a nice big tv, the kitchen was a nice place to be at and everyone enjoyed their stay. Lovely area too.

Cons: Not that much shops and restaurants around

Pros: Très bon emplacement pas loin du metro et de la plage (environ 10 min à pied de chacun). L'appartement se trouve au 5e étage sans ascenseur mais propre refait à neuf. Personnel réactif à distance.

Cons: Le pré-enregistrement un peu ardue. Petite odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain. Caution de 300€. Devanture et hall d'entrée très très salle (on voit les coupons de poussière s'envoler). Heureusement qu'on a la bonne surprise de trouver un appartement propre et renové à l'intérieur.

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien, muy cómodo ,todo nuevo, es cómo en la foto que sale en la página, a mi el apartamento me encantó. Está todo equipado, no le falta detalle, tienes de todo.

Cons: Lo primero empezando por el portal, no tiene nada que ver la fachada con el apartamento, la fachada vieja, después cuándo entras en el portal, dentro ya, todo lleno de propaganda por el suelo, suciedad y el apartamento era la tercera planta y sin ascensor y las escaleras muy estrechas.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter Barcelone,

Pros: L’accueil des professionnels ( conciergerie »’) L’emplacement (7mn à pied d’une bouche de métro, proximité de grandes surfaces alimentaires) La ligne de métro arrive au pied de la Sagrada familia L’espace et la luminosité

Cons: Une chambre infestée de moustiques Lave vaisselle inutilisable (paniers rouillés)
